Cancellation Policy

Please understand that appointment times are limited. We know your time is valuable, and mine is as well. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request 48 hours notice. There will be no refund for missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 48 hours notice. If there is a real emergency, please reach out to me at starfieldenergies@gmail.com and I will consider those on a case by case basis. Sessions and classes are not to be used as a substitute for medical care or for flu or cold-like symptoms. If you’re having a psychiatric crisis, please connect with your therapist or the nearest emergency services. Tardiness Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. Consent for Treatment I understand that, because some of the nature of energy work and consultations involve maintaining touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved from receiving treatment at this time, I voluntarily agree to assume those risks, and I release and hold harmless Starfield Energies and its practitioners from any claims related thereto.
