I have always been drawn to the night sky, mesmerized by the moon and the stars. I can remember many nights in the backseat of the family car, forehead pressed against the window, trying to spy the moon and connect the dots of the constellations. As a very young child, I insisted that I was not of this earth. I would have moments, hours, days where Alana didn’t exist and I was Starfield, a magical being from a different part of the cosmos. Starfield was a dreamer, an artist, a bridge between worlds. She was wild and free, obsessed with animals, nature, art, music, and most of all, the planets and stars. Starfield is me and I am her, and clearly, I was destined to become an astrologer, healer, student of the universe.  

 

This is where the story of Starfield Energies Healing Space began; with my love of all things cosmic and magical, and my own quest for healing and connection. As a highly sensitive intuitive, I've spent a lot of time looking for ways to understand my emotions and the emotions I can physically feel from others. For many years I didn't know how to identify and clear these emotions and energies from my body, and honestly, it weighed me down a lot. Until the universe brought the healing arts into my life. Tools like astrology, tarot and oracle cards, and energetic practices like reiki and yoga can help us learn about the physical, mental, and emotional energies we carry in our bodies. By observing our thoughts, emotions, and reactions we can learn more about ourselves and understand our bodies, and where we physically hold onto stress or trauma.
